Bison, once the "King" of the prairie. pastel on board. This mighty specimen lives at the wonderful Bearizona Zoo in Arizona. He is a stunning animal and also he was covered in grasses, I decided to just leave that out in this instance. I hope to have a scratchboard of him out shortly. July 2020. This was an awarding winning artworks in Canada.

Only have eyes for Ewe. Pastel on board. These two delightful sheep - who were inseparable. A delight to sketch on sight and then in the studio. They caught the eye of the judge (Colin Johnson) who gave them a highly commented award at a seasonal members exhibition at AGRA. 30x50inch pastel by Jan Lowe.
